7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
  

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

• Log in to our website and go to the “Orders” section.
• Open your order and click on the “Return” option (if your order has multiple items, select the product you wish to return).
• Complete the return request by following the on-screen instructions.

Once your request has been submitted, our system will process the return automatically.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

• If approved, a Luxora Voucher of equivalent value will be issued to you within 10 business days. This voucher can be used for future purchases on our store.
